FIPRO

FIPRO is a non-combustible mineral board in exfoliated vermiculite with smooth surface and in large sizes. It is particularly easy and clean for processing.

FIPRO panels are IMO-MED certified in classes A, B and C of non-combustibility depending on the thicknesses and are used as a structural element suitable for class C, B-0 and B-15 bulkheads and for other applications in the shipbuilding industry.

FIPRO panels are also classified in A1 fire reaction class (according to EN 13501-1:2019) for the use in the civil and industrial sectors.

The ease of processing and bonding, as well as the absence of dust and harmful substances, make the FIPRO board a reliable and safe material, used for over 30 years by the major Italian naval interior outfitters.

Processing with CNC machines is available for various processes such as, for example, shaped milling, holes suitable for fire door locks, fire insulation of electrical panels or control panels, etc…
